Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the reasons for burning sensation during urination:
1. Urinary tract infection
2. Urinary tract stone
3. Enlarged prostate

Take following advice:
1. Drink plenty of water, do not delay in voiding urine
2. Lots of fruit juice of orange and cranberry
3. Antibiotic: tablet septran three times a day for 4-6 days
4. Maintain hygiene after urination
5. Wear pure cotton loose innerwear
Antibiotics cure the UTI, but it will take some time to clear.
Wait for some days, it will goes if it is due to UTI.
If persists do the following test:
1. Urine report
2. CBC
3. Prostate profile
4. Pelvic USG to exclude stone and growth

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
