Hello,
The burning sensation during urination along with
bladder spasms can be caused by several conditions such as
interstitial cystitis (also known as
painful bladder syndrome), bladder stones,
bladder cancer, as nothing appeared on urine analysis. It's good that you have been checked for UTI and bladder infections, but there could be other underlying conditions that may need further investigation.
Interstitial cystitis is a chronic condition that causes bladder pain, urgency, and frequency. It is often diagnosed after ruling out other possible causes of bladder symptoms. Treatment for interstitial cystitis may include lifestyle changes (such as avoiding certain foods and drinks that can irritate the bladder), medications (such as antihistamines, pain relievers, or bladder relaxants), and bladder instillations (where medications are inserted directly into the bladder).
It's important to follow up with your doctor and discuss your symptoms in detail to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment plan. They may refer you to a
urologist or other specialist for further evaluation and management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
