What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Along With Blood Tinged Mucus Discharge?
For the past week I have had typical utility symptoms, burning and urinating frequently. However I have also had a rotten egg like door and when I wipe I ll see bring o an mucous like discharge or blood. I should mention that I have had a Mirena for about 2 years with issues. I ve had it I d in the past but never like this.

Noting your history related to urine problems, it appears that you could be having urinary tract infection.
You need to get the following investigations done promptly.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine for culture and sensitivity.
