What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Along With Mood Swings?

Hello. My name is Lauren. I had gotten chlamydia and been treated with antibiotics for it so I was cured. Ever since then I stopped using my birth control because I was in between prescriptions. After I was done with the antibiotics, I got a UTI due to the antibiotic killing all the bacteria in me. My previous period, I also got another UTI. I have been sexually active since my last period. I just got my period for this month and one day in I feel a burning when I urinate. I am so overly emotional, which I never am and can t tell if its my depression returning or period (especially being off the pill). I also feel cold-like symptoms, such as body sensitivity and a cough. I am paranoid and wonder could it be Toxic Shock Syndrome, or simply a cold, or chlamydia again?

From the Medical history you provided it is very likely that you have got UTI again as u have already got it twice before which means u might have a chronic or recurrent UTI
From your Medical history it is clear that u have taken antibiotics many times and bacteria causing UTI may be resistant now which is leading to recurrent UTI
However chlamydia can also cause Infection of the urethra and that can produce the symptoms of a UTI including Burning with urination, blood in the urine, urinary urgency and frequency and it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
I would Strongly Suggest You to See a Urologist , he will examine u thoroughly and may go for an Urinalysis and Urine Culture along with all necessary investigations to rule out underlying medical condition

also u need to be calm and positive to overcome this stress u r feeling
