What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Dizziness?

I have urinary hesitancy, I don t have any pain, just slight burning sensation when I urinate. The urine is up and down with consistently. Sometimes I have a full flow sometimes I don t. Now I ve been getting headaches with dizzyness. Laying down helps alil bit but I eventually need to get up. What can I do to help this problem

Burning pain while urinating and urinary hesitancy is may be due to urinary tract infection. Please drink plenty of water.
Head ache with dizziness is may be due to hypertension, diabetes etc. Kindly consult a doctor to get yourself examined.
