General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Urinary tract infection should be ruled out in your case. You can go for urine routine examination for this. Uncontrolled diabetes can give urinary tract infection. Numbness in fingers can be due to polyneuropathy which also can be a sequel of diabetes. Taking vitamin B12 supplements and getting blood sugar controlled will help for polyneuropathy. In case of urinary infection proper antibiotic therapy should be taken.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
