What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination Before Onset Of Menstruation?

Hello-
Before i get my period every month It will burn when I pee at least once. it will be uncomfortable for like 10 min and then go away. I will drink a lot of water afterwards and it helps. What is the reason for that? I am 22 and its always been like that
