What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I am 86 in June, and have had incontenence for over a year and wear Tena pads. However, the past week I have a stinging whe I urinate, Is that a big problem, and can it be cured? I read some placed about chlamydia. Perhaps that is the problem and can be cured? Thank you very much for your help.

Most common cause in buring micturation r urinary track infection.
so first you have to do investigation
urine - routine / micro, CBC
and inform to me.
