Hello I share your concern Just urine test can t rule out the STDs If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like discharge swab culture and urine culture and sensitivity test. If it doesn t come conclusive than I would have asked for serological tests for STDs like VDRL and testing for gonorrhoea and chlamydia. You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor.
