What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

I need some help please I don t want to be over thinking this but when I pee it burns and when I do pee its only a little this just started like a few days ago and I had sex the day before yesterday and when he sticker his penis inside it hurted as well. So I drank some water for those few days to see if I was just dehydrated but no it still burns just a little now so what could be ? Please help is this serious or should I give it some time or could it be sore ?

Thanks for posting. in HCM.
Your symptoms suggest that you might have caught up with urinary tract infection. Kindly do the following investigations.
1. Urine routine examination including urine microscopy.
2. Urine for culture and sensitivity.
With the report, kindly consult Urologist to be appropriately treated with antibiotic course.
Kindly drink good quantity of water and citrus fruit juices till you start getting relieved from symptoms. Keep the area under good hygiene.
