Hello dear
I understand your concern

Burning sensation during the urination suggest urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to undergo urine routine, microscopic and culture and blood test like CBC to confirm the infection by consulting the MD physician/urologist.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet sptran Ds or antibiotic according to culture report.
Tablet nitrozolim , tablet pyridium
syrup cital.
Drink plenty of fluids and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder.
Maintain the proper pelvic hygiene.
