Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have recently been getting a slight pain/burning sensation when urinating It is a more noticeable pain when ejaculating, I have also noticed that there is very small amounts of discharge on some days. I have a kind of itch feeling inside the head of the penis but no rash or anything on the outside. I have a rash on the sole/ side of my foot which I have been using antifungal cream to keep under control however I ve had it for years and can t get rid of it and I have a feeling it has been passed to my groin via a towel but I m not sure. What can I do?
Burning sensation during urination associated with a noticeable pain when ejaculating is indicating possible urogenital infection/inflammation.
Urine analysis, and sperm testing to rule out associated infection. If you are not circumcised should discuss with a urologist to run diagnostic tests and get circumcised soon.
With regards to a rash on your feet sole, it could be fungal eczema, however, I need to have a look at it myself. Please send a picture to me.
If this rash is not getting healed, should consult with dermatologist further.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
