Hi,
I have gone trough the details of symptoms you described. You dont have to worry at all. You are having UTI, urinary tract infection. Though you have not specified the duration of symptoms and duration of antibiotic treatment, we assume that within 3-4 days of treatment generally dysuria(pain while urinating) goes away.
If bacterias present that are resistant to the initial antibiotic, your doctor might change the antibiotic.
You have to drink water at least 2 lit/ day, to decrease burning during urination. Urinate often and try to empty the bladder as much as possible.
Avoid sexual contact till you recovers from bladder infection.
Feel free to ask anything if needed.
