What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

Hello i had a medical abortion but didnt take any antibiotics after that. Felt pains in my lower left abdomen and i went to the hospital which i was given fluconazole and another inflammatory pain drug and candid v6 which i inserted Which i guess treated the pain i had my first period 5-6 weeks after the abortion without ovulating and it ended in 4 days.i had sore breast and cramps a day after my first period. right now am feeling terrible burning sensations when i urinate and fast urge to urinate again..what is wrong with me me..please help

You have problem of burning sensation while urination that may be because of urinary tract infection or other reasons.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Complete blood cell count and urine test helpful for diagnosis.
After urine culture test start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
Consult a gynecologist for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
