What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?

My significant other experiences burning when urinating he also complained of burning in his anus. He is presently taking an antibiotic and a medication for the burning. He stopped taking the burning meds because he felt better, but then the burning came back. He has an enlarged prostate and takes meds for that condition. I do not know the name of the meds. I am becoming concerned something else can be going on. Do you have any suggestions as to what we can ask his physician? He is still taking the antibiotic 2 x day. Thank you

Please get this Evaluation done.
1) CBP
2) CUE
3) SERUM CREATININE
4) FBS & PLBS
5) Hba1C
6) PSA
7) USG WHOLE ABDOMEN WITH PVR

Is he having a history of fever? Name of the Antibiotic not mentioned? However for getting down the burning sensation take this syrup citralka twice daily for 1 week(Please make a note that this syrup should be taken for 1 week). Ask him to drink Plenty of water, provided if he is not having kidney and heart-related problems. If the fever and/or burning urination is not coming down, then we may need to go for this test also urine for culture & sensitivity.
