I have a burning sensation in and around my vagina. I have been using premarin cream for about two years but it does not seem to help. I tried Cansten cream this morning but there is no let up in the burning so I think it is something else. I just had my physical last week but the doctor couldn t tell if I had a yeast infection as there was too much white premarin cream in the vagina. I just used two cleansing pads that i keep in teh freeze(the ones with witch hazel) and the cool fells good but I know it will not last. Any ideas
