Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a burning sensation in my right arm in the spot where I normally have blood taken. This has been ongoing for about 2-3 months. It has gotten worse. It seems like it is my skin. I get spasms really bad sometimes. I have had issues with my wrist up to the elbow recently due to using a regular mouse for my computer. When I was employed I used a trackball and now that I do not have access to this type of mouse I seem to be hurting more. Are you able to diagnose this issue with me?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are having muscular pain due to overuse of your muscles due to use of new type of mouse as it has occurred after changing of your mouse . If possible change your your mouse to old one type which was not causing fatigue to your muscles. Evion LC and vitamin will be helpful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
