What Causes Burning Sensation In Calf And Feet Post An Injury?

I was hit from behind while sitting in my car. I ve had c4-c7 discotomy-fusion and found out i have a small tear in my shoulder. I recently started experiencing a large cold/freezer burn feeling in my calf with hot needles and tingling in my feet. Any suggestions? Thank You

c4-5 disc surgery is unlikely to cause the symptoms you mentioned hence i recommend you to get a b12 level done and if low start with b12 injections daily for 7 days that should help
