Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for writing.
I am Dr.Saddiq ul Abidin. I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
The symptoms you described relate to a medical condition
GERD it is Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorder. In this condition your food pipe and stomach with sphinceters are a bit slow in pushing food forward to the intestines and the food regurges back to the oesophagus that is your food pipe and because of that you got the above described symptoms.
All you need to do is just talk to your attending physician about Prokinetic Drugs like
domperidone, they will increase the motility of your digestive tract and food will not regurge back. In addition you will also require few drugs to decrease the acidity in your stomach like Omeperazole etc. And it is because of the food staying long in stomach and the stomach cells produce acid in response to food and thus causing
dyspepsia and
indigestion. Do discuss with your attending physician about these drugs.
Alongwith the drug therapy you also need to decrease the spicy diet in your food plus avoid carbonated drinks as well. They will add to your problem. Try to take multiple small meals per day instead of larger ones. Good walk after meal will also help you getting rid of these symptoms.
I hope this answered your question. If you have more queries I am happy to answer.Otherwise rate and close the discussion
Regrads.
