Understanding your concern. As per your have symptoms burning sensation in chest and choking sensation after eating which is due to gastroesophageal reflux disease commonly known as acid reflux. I would suggest you to take preventive measures such as exercise daily. Avoid heavy meals and take meals at short intervals. Take medication such as Domperidone for few months.
