As per your query you have symptoms of burning sensation in chest and cough after using bleach which occurs mainly due to the response of the body to volatile bleach contents, which can be poisonous. It could be due to an allergic or inflammatory reaction.
Need not to worry. These reactions are mainly due to the volatility of contents and for now take some fresh air and drink plenty of water and milk. I would suggest you consult the doctor for proper examination without any delay and rule out a condition like poisoning. The doctor may prescribe an anti emetic drug to exhale contents. The doctor may prescribe an antihistamine, steroid injection, along with analgesic.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
