What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest And Pricking Sensation In Left Hand?

Throughout the day for the last 3 days I have been getting a burning sensation in my chest sometimes I wake at night with pins and needles in my left hand. I had a holter monitor which showed an irregular beat but I am awaiting a follow up. The burning is a new symptom. Should I go to the emergency room. 33 year old female

If patient comes to me with such complaint then I will ask proper history first to rule out any heart related problem.

If I dont find any siginificant heart related problem then I advice Tab.Pansec DSR once a day half hour before food for 7-10 days.if problem persist then will add other antacids and will try to find out the cause of burning sensation with appropriate investigations.

About your pin and needle sensation not to worry about it if occurs during sleep for few minutes.
