What Causes Burning Sensation In Chest Like A Heartburn?
Hi I am having burning sensation in chest just right side of the heart and already diagnosed as heartburn. Doctor advised to have one lanzol tablet every day morning. If I stop tablet pain starts again after 3 days. How to cure this heartburn? Is there any side effects from lanzol tablet. Please advice.

From history it seems that you might be having hyper acidity or gastritis producing heart burn.
Change your food style.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Take less but frequent food.
Avoid stress.
Take more milk, buttermilk.
You can take lanzol medicine for longer time which is safe.
