What Causes Burning Sensation In Heart, Arms And Legs In An Asthma Patient?

My heart is being strange and has a weird burning feeling, my arms and legs randomly get pins and needles and I have severe asthma, it started last night and has not gone away. I ignored the feeling a bit last night as I thought it was my asthma and anxiety but now I am getting worried. I am an 18 year old female and it hurts most on the right hand side.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to vitamin deficiency.

For further assessment you may require vit B12, thyroid profile, MRI back and neck, nerve conduction studies after orthopedician consultation.

You may require tablet acetaminophen and multivitamin.

You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.

Do regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
