What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis After Having Sex?
I am a 45 year old man. I have been married for almost 27 years to my wife. I have never had sex with anyone else. She is also faithful to me. My problem is that sometimes after sex I get this burning sensation inside of the tip of my penis. I feel that I need to urinate often for the next 30-40 minutes. As long as I urinate the burning stops but as soon as I stop urinating the burning starts back.
Hi there. I am here to assist you. After carefully reading your case I wanna reassure u that dont worry about it. What u both have to do is shave the pubic areas timely. Its because hair contains bacteria that may cause infection and issues like this. Frequently and thoroughly was up the penis with some antibacterial soap daily. It reduces germs on skin and prevents trouble. Try to be almost full at bladder before Intercourse so that u may Urinate right after ejaculation. Its rule of thumb in married life if you have issues like you have. So urinate after sexual Intercourse. Most importantly if u r not planning a baby please use Barrier contraception(condoms). It will give u relief. Use plenty of fluids and use Cranberry syrup(or powdered sachet) whichever available. It will help relieve burning. If still not helpfu please consult a nephrologist for expert opinion because he is trained to treat such cases. But I am sure u will not need to go to him. I hope it helped you today. And I hope u get well soon. Plz leave a proper feedback at the end. Regards: DR. HANIF PHILADELPHIA USA
