What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis After Sexual Intercourse?

During intercourse with my b/f he feels burning sensation in his penis starting the next day. We are together for 7 years and this started about 8 month ago. We were afraid its STD or kidney or urinal problem, so we both went to doctor and did all possible tests, but everything come clean. We avoided intimacy during all this time. His pain increased, moved to 1 testicle and then just stopped about 2 month ago. We were sure it s all clear, so we had intercourse and the pain/burn came back just like last time, the next day. Any ideas?
