What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis During Urination And Ejaculation?

Hello my name is phillip ive had this problem 4 2 years now as im embarrassed by my problem.when i ejaculate it burns an my sperm has a thickened yellow look to it an the strong smell is overwhelming it burns even when i wee.ive had sti s an nothing negative result so i got told to see a dr.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to chronic prostatitis, chronic UTI and
to get investigated.
Consult the urologist and undergo and clinical and digital rectal examination and tests like Urine routine and culture, Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis, Serum PSA, Semen examination and semen culture, Swab test and culture of urethral discharge.
Take following advises:
Antibiotic like Doxycycline and Nitrofurantoin twice daily .
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry
Syrup cital
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Other treatment will depend on the test result.
