What Causes Burning Sensation In Scrotum After Masturbation?
Iam 29 year old unmarried male.I have discovered masturbation myself at a very young age of around 5 and doing it regularly since then.In the recent past there is some kind of irritation or burning sensation in scrotum after masturbation, which will get back to normal on its own.Is this normal ?will this affect my marriage life ? Do you know any such person masturbating from childhood for such long time before marriage ? If yes,is that person happy after marriage ?
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are concerned about your symptoms as well as your habit of masturbation. Regarding masturbation, it is considered as normal part of human sexual behaviour. It does not cause any harmful consequences or adverse effects on health.
So, the burning sensation in your scrotom is unlikely to be due to masturbation. I would suggest that you see a doctor for a proper physical examination and further evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Wish you all the best.
Regards, Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar Consultant Psychiatrist
