What Causes Burning Sensation In Stomach And Throat?

Hi I feel burning in my stomach , it s not severe but light burn in my throat also and feel hungry along with it......I was diagnosed with Acid reflux a year ago....I took medicine for a while and ate at right tym and was okay .....but from last 3-4 months I m not eating properly ....at right tym....just 2 meals a day....how can I reduce this burning sensation ? What foods should I avoid? And from last week I have started eating at right tym ...but it s not going away.....pls help
