I seem to be having acid refluxes in the last few days. It happens after I eat and have this burning in my left chest and right chest, particularly at the top chest area. I can almost taste the acid at back of my throat. I feel nausea and uncomfortable in the stomach but that passes away easily

Hello.

You seem to be describing a typical acid reflux. This can be triggered by improperly timed meals, stress, too much caffeine, sedentary lifestyle.

For three days kindly try the following medication:

1. Pantodac tbalets half an hour before meals.

Alter your routine according to this:

2. Eat meals at the same time everyday and never skip a meal.
3. Decrease your coffee intake if you are taking coffee.
4. Reduce stress through mediation and atleast exercise for half an hour daily.

The nausea is due to the acid that you feel in the throat. It will subside eventually as this is treated. For noe, take domstal tablet whenever you feel very nauseous, a maximum of three tablets per day only.

If your symptoms keep deteriorating you might need to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
