What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest Upon Breathing Cold Air?

On occasion during times of excitement or upon breathing in colder air I do experience kind of a burning sensation on the right side of my chest below the breath towards the center that eventually subsides and may not experience again for days or weeks

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There's is the possibility of cold-induced bronchospasm, which may lead to pain at the center of the chest. It may be due to allergy also.

Avoid cold exposure use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. Use tablet Montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
