What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest While Suffering From Hypertension?

I have high blood pressure. I woke this morning with a burning sensation in my chest. It felt like a severe case of heartburn. So i took Tums. This didn t work. As time as has went by today I have been in pain in my stomach and had several bowel movements. I ache throughout my upper body. My blood pressure is 196/112.

Thanks for your question.
The most important and significant problem now your blood pressure ,not at all controlled.

Dont worry about burning stomach, mostly this is due to acidity /dyspepsia.
you can use , antacid/Ranitidine/omeprazole
with, Hyoscibe n butyl bromide as anti spasmodic.

consult with medicine specialist/cardiologist for control of your blood pressure.
