What Causes Burning Sensation In The Chest?

My husband just told me that for the second time he experienced a burning sensation in his chest that he indicates felt like sensation felt that the burning started in his core and moved up to his throat. He takes OTC medication for reflux and he thought it was a different kind of symptoms. He has a bundle block issue but that doesn t have symptoms typically, correct? Thank you.

hello, try taking some other drugs like proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole or pantoprazole or rabeprazole alongwith prokinetic drugs like domperidone. these increase the lower esophageal sphincter tone and would reduce reflux incidences along with reduces the acidity levels. try to decrease alcohol and smoking and avoid spicy foods and tea/coffee.
