My husband has been having alpt of problems with his chest burning he takes prilpsec for heartburns but its gotten worse especially when he lays down he s coughing a lot and says his chest burns like fire also he s a transplant patient please help I m worried Don t have a email but have txt plz txt to 606-306-8264
It is a case of gastro oesophagal reflux disease. Though I can't rule out heart involvement chances are decimal as history suggests.
GERD worsens lying down. So I suggest you take medications:
Rx Lansoprazole OD for 21 days.
Syrup Digene BD for 21 days. Preventive measures are taken:
Avoid taking curd or citrus fruits or foods. Avoid excess intake of drinks, coffee and coke. Avoid cigarette smoking it often cause acidity. Take milk with food.
