What Causes Burning Sensation In The Clitoris?

I have got my period on 17 August,2017, in the mid of my periods me and my boyfriend had intercourses. I even had contraceptive pill after the course. After few days i.e., 24 August,2017, I again had my periods back. I started feeling some burning sensation and pain in my private area especially clitoris. I consulted a gynecologist and she recommended norflox-400 for a week. The report by the gynecologist reported growth of E.coli and Pus cells fulfilled. I even went through a pregnancy test on 18 September,2017 and 19 September,2017, which showed negative result. Is there any changes of getting pregnant?

Your symptoms does not seem to be due to pregnancy.
Burning sensation in the clitoris can be due to local infection, for which your Gynaecologist has started the antibiotic.
