Hello
I understand your concern.

You didnot mention your age as well as your medical history. It would have given clues to the diagnosis.
I would like to ask if these symptoms increases on exposure to sun rays? Then it may be due to increased sensitivity to light. You may visit dermatologist for that purpose.

Burning sensation over face may be caused by certain medications/hormonal imbalance/Vitamin deficiencies/hyperthyroidism.

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Get yourself tested for thyroid hormone levels.
-Maintain adequate hydration by adequate intake of water and fluids.Minimum8-10 glasses of water per day should be taken
-Wear light loose clothing.Stay in cool and well ventilated environment always.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks, hot spicy food. These may excaberate your symptoms.Increae intake of fruits and vegetables.
-Practice regular yoga and meditation for relaxing your mind.
Multivitamin supplementation recommended.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, visit physician/gynaecologist for further specific diagnosis/management.

Hope this information helps.
Feel free to ask any more query.
