Hands sometime legs hands and arms spots burn like acid I rub these 2. Inch sores and then. it is like the skin was burned off goes very deep doctors are clueless . They don t heal well and scare and sometimes becomes infected help me please someone

I really appreciate your concern, first it is the allergic condition and it can be well managed with "Calamine lotion" it could be hypersensitivity, second it could be fungal infection, if it is so then it can be managed with Miconazole cream, allergic disorder some time responds to steroid and Beclomethasone cream can be done hope this information helps.
