What Causes Burning Sensation In The Mouth And Vomiting?
my symtoms are burning pain in the mouth of my stomach, vomiting, diarreah. i had an upper g i done and it was normal.i was told it was acid reflux disease.does this sound right? i remember having this pain when i was about 12 years old and then it stopped. now i am 38 and it`s coming back
Yes, it is true that acid reflux can cause burning sensation in throat, chest and even mouth that can be due damage to the mucosa with acid that refluxes from stomach to throat and mouth. I would suggest you to consult a Physician and take proper medication for acid reflux like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, antacids etc. Take plenty of probiotics like yogurt.. Avoid spicy and acidic foods and also avoid large meals.. You can sleep with head slightly raised as compared to feet.. Try to loose some weight if you are obese.. For burning sensation in tongue gargle with Lidocaine containing mouthwash and suck ice..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
