ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Samiron Roy
Dryness of the mouth is due to 1) Hyperacidity 2) Chronic Sinusitis, 3) Lack of saliva secretion in the mouth, 4) Chronic pharyngitis,
Vibratory type of sound in stomach is due to peristalsis and hyperacidity. You have to take Tab Pan-D 40mg 1 tab od at 6am in empty stomach, in addition to your medication for dry mouth.
