hello,
welcome to healthcaremagic
Your approach to
weight loss is a short term one. just not eating enough carbs can only lead to an apparant and temporary weight loss. you will regain all your weight back in no time.
secondly, carbohydrates are the most important source of energy in our body.
if you skip carbs, body breaks down fats and then
proteins. but in thin built people with minimal fat. body breaks down proteins and that is when you feel weak in your muscles.
what i would advice is to avoid short cuts. do what is necessary for a weight loss. these are-
1.exercise regulary.
2. NEVER skip a meal.
3. eat healthy. your meal constitution should be 65%carb,15%protein and 20% fat.
4.follow this rule, have breakfast like a king, lunch like a middle class and dinner like a poor.
5.include fruits and vegetables in your diet as much as possible.
i hope i could help
if you have any query please feel free to revert back to me.
