General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description about the symptoms you are complaining of, it appears that you could have urinary tract infection (UTI). It is not related to your gas problem and constipation.
Kindly do the following tests to know the cause for burning sensation.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine for culture and sensitivity test.
In case it is indicative of infection, you need to take a course of appropriate antibiotics to overcome the same.
For gas problem, you can take Tablet.Pantoprazole once a day on empty stomach for 3 to 5 days.
To overcome constipation, you can take stool softeners like Isapgol Husk at bedtime.
Do not eat spicy foods until these symptoms reduce completely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
