What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis?
I washed my penis 2 days,ago with a wet wash cloth with rubbing alcohol after having sex, ,I think got some inside the hole where my urine comes out the next day it starting to burn just before I urine it s going on the second day and it still burns a slight bit,can that be from the rubbing alcohol getting inside?

Yes it can be, but alcohol will not burn too much. It may be the fungal infection that might have predisposed by alcohol rubbing or the towel injury
You don't need to worry, take plenty of water wash the site with normal bathing water and if you feel too much painful and incontinence take Ketokenezole 100 mg od for 5 days.
