What Causes Burning Sensation In The Rectum?

Hello SIR LAST NIGHT I EAT FRIED BEEF NEXT DAY STARTED burning sensation in my rectum(anal area).It feels like I m sitting on CHAIR AND REDUCE STOOL I DIDNT TAKE ANY TREATMENT STILL NOW PLEASE TELL ME THE RELIEF OF THE BURNING SENSATION .AND WHAT FOOD I TAKE

$ Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 10 minutes 3 times
a day and additionally after passing stool )
$ Tab. ibuprofen 2 times a day after meals .
$ Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , beverages , junk foods .
$ Consume soft , light diet with high fiber content and much liquids .
$ Avoid smoking , alcohol .
$ Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly give soothing .
