General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms suggest you probably have got a pinched nerve. Mostly it would resolve in sometimes may be a few weeks. You should take some muscle relaxant x and can take Mortin as needed after foods.

Do heat therapy and physiotherapy. Avoid heavy lifting and bending forward. See your Dr if there is any weakness or severe pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
