What Causes Burning Sensation In The Thighs While Suffering From Hernia?
i have been diagnosed with a groin hernia. i have decided not to have surgery at this point but just visit my doctor every six months to monitor. I am now getting a burning sensation on the thigh (left) just beneath the hernia. Is that sensation related to the hernia and, if yes, what causes the sensation?

Mild irritation can lead burning in hernia site. If a hernia leads any symptoms development like pain or other specific symptoms then it needs to be operated. So mention any other symptoms if present. The permanent treatment for a hernia is a reduction by surgery.
