What Causes Burning Sensation In The Throat After Ingesting Semen?
When I ejaculate and taste my sperm it kindve burns my throat. It s not really a burn but it s like that feeling you get when you put your tongue on a battery but not as intense. I thought it was just me but my girlfriend can taste it too and I ve looked up different answers and all of them say it s either an allergic reaction or diet but I don t think me and her have a sperm allergy because she says it s only my sperm that has done this to her and also I am a vegan on a strict alkaline diet but when I used to eat acidic foods like meat everyday I had the same problem. It s been like this since before I ever had sex when I was a kid and I get an STD test once a year and I have no STD s. What is the problem?

What symptoms you are facing in relation to semen ingestion could be due to either alteration in pH or could be due to the presence of infection in testis or epididymis.
Although you are on an alkaline diet, that doesn't mean that semen pH will not change. It could change due to other metabolic factors apart from diet.
Kindly get your semen analysis done and consult Surgeon with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management. Intake of an appropriate course of antibiotics if the infection is present or a course of antioxidant medications should help you to overcome the problem.
