What Causes Burning Sensation In The Tongue?

Hi. Sir i m suffering from tonque burning from last one year approx and some fungus come on tonque and sime time i feel stomach bowled i m taking now proton 40 daily one tab in fasting but i m not geting relive pls helf me i m drinkig tea with milk two time once a day .tonque burn is a symtom of any type of cancer or not.pls help me Thank you

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like Burning Mouth Syndrome and as you had fungal infection on tongue it can be Oral Thrush and burning mouth can be seen due to it as it can cause dry mouth..
As you are taking Proton 40 that is a Proton pump inhibitor and taken for acid reflux problem which in turn can cause burning mouth..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if still Thrush is present antifungal treatment will relieve..
As of now gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, take Ibuprofen for relieving pain and inflammation, suck ice pops and drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene..
