What Causes Burning Sensation In The Urethra?

Hello Sir, I am(age 35, M) feeling a mild burning sensation in the urinary tract. It stays for a while every day and goes. other symptoms are like burning eyes and feverish feeling but the temperature is always normal. I have consulted medical practitioner and have done urine culture and USG lower abdomen. both the reports are normal. The radiologist told me that my prostate is little bigger its 46x43x33 - 35.50 ml .. I do suffer from a constipation and loose motion(only during morning) cycle which is normal for me now and i dont take med for that. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics for five days (before the test) and the burning was not there for one month. Plz suggest me a way out because its recurring incident in my life. Regards

burning sensation may be because of infection but you have already ruled out through culture , dehydration also causes burning pain especially during summer, dry eyes may not be related to this burning pain of urethra , i can suggest you to drink lot of water , tear natural eye drops twice a day and syrup citralka twice daily for 1 week .dehydration itself gives a feeling of fever also.
