Hi. I m experiencing some burning in my urethra and some discharge has been leaking out of my penis everyday for about a week now. I have been heavily abusing street drugs so what I was wondering is--could the burning, itching sensitivity, (tenderness), and discharge be attributed completely to the face that I have been daily injecting large amounts of methamphetamines? Or is it more probably that I have contracted an STD or maybe even a urinary track infection? I m worried, I ve never had this issue before in my life and Im too embarrassed to bring this question to my PMC physician s attention. Thank you so much.
