What Causes Burning Sensation In The Vagina After Intercourse?

I had sex one week ago and the condom had broke inside of me. The past couple of days I ve been having a slight burning sensation on my left labia minora. It looks as if there are white bumps but do not feel like it is filled with any fluid or pus. Only one of the white bumps hurt when I poke at it. Could it be genital herpes or something else?
